We have conducted hundreds of training sessions, in group and 1:1 settings, both in-person and virtually over videoconference platforms, for organizations across the country and around the world.  Our training expertise builds on more than 25 years of legal and employee relations experience, comprised of time in law firms, in-house settings and as HR consultants. 

We also have been working for years at Cornell University ILR School’s Scheinman Institute in Manhattan, which provides individual courses and certificate programs for HR professionals and managers.  At Cornell, we are educators for their programs related to equal employment opportunity, harassment prevention, employee relations and workplace investigations. Through all our work, we continue to evaluate and develop best practices to share with our clients, and we are constantly updating our design and implementation of content to make our training programs practical and impactful.
